Products purchased from Back To Me Keys are shipped via first class mail through the U.S Postal service and normally are shipped within 3-5 days of your order. Your satisfaction as a customer is our main priority.

Returns Policy

We will accept returns of full-priced items that are undamaged and in new condition, as sold within 30 days of the original order date.

Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.

Full-priced items purchased online are eligible for a refund as long as they are in new condition, and as stated at time of sale.

To make an exchange, return the originally purchased product(s) for a full refund or store credit and place a new order.
